For four decades Linc has created a positive impact across California by building affordable and supportive housing with services that provide the foundation for families and individuals to thrive. Since our founding in 1984, we have developed nearly 10,000 homes across 96 locations in the state, with 1,700 additional units in the pipeline.
Twenty years ago, we launched our services division that today provides hundreds of annual programs across the state, including community engagement activities, health & wellbeing services, youth education programs, economic mobility workshops, and intensive case management.
In the past decade, we've prioritized the creation of supportive housing for the unhoused and ensuring our properties serve as community assets. Each Linc community is unique to its neighborhood, enhancing residents' health and economic mobility.

The Robert K. Ross Center for Hope & Healing
Linc builds and preserves affordable rental homes for seniors, families, and special needs populations in California. We focus on supportive housing and community resources to enhance health and economic mobility.
The Robert K. Ross Center for Hope & Healing embodies our vision, providing affordable apartments and a 66,000 sq. ft. community care hub in downtown Los Angeles. Partnered with The California Endowment, the development provides basic needs and hygiene, physical and mental healthcare, economic skills, job training, as well as cultural events and gathering space.

Atop Dream Hollywood is The Highlight Room
The Highlight Room is an 11,000-square-foot, rooftop venue that occupies the entire top floor of Dream Hollywood. The space is positioned ten stories high with unobstructed, 360-degree views of Los Angeles, ranging from the famed Hollywood Sign and surrounding Hollywood Hills to the skyline of Downtown. By day, the modern sundeck offers the perfect getaway to relax by the pool on a plush lounger or in a luxurious, private cabana. Their Grill offers a menu of light Californian fare surrounded by lush greenery and those unforgettable views. At sundown, music set the mood with the perfect soundtrack to enjoy the incredible views Los Angeles has to offer.
