Summer at St. John's - High School Strength and Conditioning Summer Program (Coed) - Choose 1 session.
This training program will emphasize speed, strength, and power development. All students, regardless of experience or ability, are encouraged to join.* Coach McSheffrey and Coach Tocco create individualized training programs for all athletes, and work hard to cultivate an environment that allows your athlete to build confidence, make friends, and establish a healthy relationship with their personal wellness. It just so happens that they will get leaner, faster, and stronger in the process!
*This program is coed and open to non-SJP students.
Choose one of the following 2024 summer sessions (must register by June 1, 2024):
High School Program 1 - 6 Weeks:
July 8 - August 15, 2024
6:30 - 8:00 am

High School Program 2 - 6 Weeks:

All Strength and Conditioning programs are a six week commitment; we are unable to prorate any number of days/weeks based on individual athlete schedules.
