(TA CO CASSEROLE)

• Our Ta Co Casserole gives you an awesome taco taste with the convenience of a casserole. Easy to make, quick to complete and a homemade dish that will have them asking for more.
• Directions: Place noodles in 6 cups of boiling water and boil until tender (10 - 15 minutes), drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown 1.5 to 2 lbs of ground beef, chicken or turkey. Drain well. Add contents of the seasoning pack, 1 15 ounce can of tomatoes or your favorite salsa and simmer on medium for 5 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and top with 1 cup of shredded cheese. reduce heat and serve when cheese is melted.
• You can enjoy as it is, or top with sour cream, onions, cilantro, jalapeno, any of your favorites.
• You can also bake this dish for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 Deg F oven. (cooking times vary by oven)
