Gaspar's Rescue Story:

Gaspar was curled up in a tight ball on someone's porch, hiding from the wind. When we got him back to Stray Rescue, we discovered this very nice old man craves affection. Anytime we go spend time with this sweet guy, he does a big stretch and gets off his bed. As we begin petting him, he slowly sinks to the floor. Then he closes his eyes and just melts into the massage. It must feel so good on his 8 year old bones after living outside in the cold. He's covered in lumps and bumps - they are mast cell tumors so he is considered a hospice foster. But he's not on a time clock, he could have years left. He's doing really well now that he's safe and healthy, and we imagine he'll continue to improve in a loving, easy going home! He really enjoys when you make kissy noises and giant tennis balls are like - the coolest thing he's EVER seen! He's a leaner too, he loves to lean into you when you give him pets.

Artwork will NOT be available to pick up before this (unless you are notified otherwise via email). If you are not local to the St. Louis Area, shipping is available for this item upon request (for an additional cost which will be calculated for each piece individually). All winning bidders will receive an email with more information once the auction has closed.
