This is Carpenter. He was found panting in the heat with a large open wound on his leg and
hiding among piles of trash. It was a dumping ground and that was the only place in the world he felt comfortable.

Once he was safe with us, we knew our priority was to show him patience and kindness, so he could grow confident and become whole.

Nowadays, Carpenter adores being loved on and admired here at the shelter, and with some structure and balance, we have all seen Carpenter's eye light up as he's learned to trust again.

If you are the winning bidder and are not in attendance to pick up your artwork the night of the event at the Four Seasons, artwork will be available for pick up from the Pine Street Shelter starting Friday, August 9th. Artwork will NOT be available to pick up before this (unless you are notified otherwise via email). All winning bidders will receive an email with more information once the auction has closed.
