The Elliott House

THIS 1880S ARCHITECTURAL MASTERPIECE IS NAMED FOR RALPH ELLIOTT WHO REHABILITATED THE PROPERTY AFTER THE CIVIL WAR.

During its use as a rice plantation, this building would have served as the main quarters of the property owners. It holds a formal dining room, living room and den for guests to enjoy as well as three, unique bedrooms. A traditional, European garden and a wine cellar sit adjacent to the building.

The Oryza Cottage

NAMED AFTER A VARIETY OF RICE CULTIVATED IN ASIA - ALSO KNOWN AS CAROLINA GOLD.

This cottage was once home to the former owner's staff. Amenities include a mini-kitchen, a full bar, a workstation, Wi-Fi Internet and satellite/cable television. The cottage also has a game room with a pool table and large flat screen television.

The Marsh Cottage

FORMERLY KNOWN AS "THE LITTLE HOUSE", THIS MID-CENTURY COTTAGE IS NESTLED IN THE HEART OF NATURE.

Enjoy heart pine interiors and a full-length, screened-in porch only feet away from the marsh. A perfect place to experience excellent views of wildlife without setting foot outside. Amenities include a mini-kitchen, Wi-Fi Internet, workspace and satellite/cable television.
