Gasparilla Island, ostensibly named after the legendary 18th century pirate, Jose Gaspar, is the home of the Gasparilla Inn - one of the largest surviving resort hotels in all of Florida. Situated less than two hours north and west of Fort Myers, the Gasparilla Inn reflects a time and place that truly embodies the best of "Old Florida". With its main edifice constructed in 1911, the Gasparilla Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

This item includes a double room for two nights and a round of golf (cart included) on the Inn's famed 18-hole course, designed by Pete Dye. Whether you choose to enjoy quiet time at the beach, do a bit of shopping or indulge in a candlelit dinner at any of the Inn's four world-class restaurants, you are sure to find your stay at the Gasparilla Inn a remarkable and not-to-be-duplicated experience.
