Cafe Hollander in Hilldale is a newcoming to Madison, but is a staple in Milwaukee area and well beloved. Come to enjoy their large been and drinks menu, as well as breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. They are known for slight alterations on mainstays, such as the pulled pork poutine. Lots of imports here on the beer side.
