• one (1) week of unlimited classes at the Om Factory-a different kind of Vinyasa yoga studio with mat and aerial classes (excludes SkyBox (Aerial Circus) and Bungee classes); a 30 minute private instruction on the art of aerial and circus Aerial Arts NYC School;
• 30 minute private instructional class at the Aerial Arts NYC School where you will learn the art of aerial and circus performance;
• 30 days of unlimited classes at The Bar Method Brooklyn studio whose signature technique is the fastest and most efficient way to reshape the entire body with precise isometric exercises followed by active and passive stretching to lengthen and elongate the area just worked;
