General Auction Rules

1. The Auction will be open until 9:15pm on Thursday, October 18, 2018. All results will be posted online after the auction closes. You can also see if you are a winner on your cell phone.
2. Payment may be made by check or major credit card. Checks should be made payable to the "Brooke Jackman Foundation." Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
3. All items are to be picked up and taken home the night of the Auction. Arrangements for the pick-up or drop-off of any items left after the night of the event are your responsibility. Please contact the Benefit Office at 212-888-7003 as soon as possible for arrangements. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the winner and will be charged in addition to the final winning bid.
4. The Brooke Jackman Foundation warrants neither the quality nor the value of items and services. All items are sold "as is" and "with all faults."
5. All gift certificates, trips, vacations, and parties must be used by the date specified on the item.
6. All sales are final and subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the donors. There will be no exchanges or refunds on items.
7. An auction payment qualifies as a deductible gift only to the extent that is shown to exceed the fair market value of any consideration received in the form of privileges or other benefits. Dollar values of items are estimates provided solely by the donor and are not warranted in any way by the Brooke Jackman Foundation for tax purposes, fair market value, or otherwise. We advise you to consult your accountant regarding the deductibility of your purchase(s) and any tax questions you may have.
