- Le Cordon Bleu Paris Market Tour - This is a 1-hour walking tour of a Parisian market, followed by a workshop with some products bought at the market, and a lunch in the institute with the Chef. Discover the secrets of selecting quality produce and making the most of fresh seasonal ingredients as a Le Cordon Bleu Chef guides you through a Parisian market. A workshop and lunch follow the market tour. Courses take place on selected Saturdays from 8:00am-2:00pm, April through September.

- Le Cordon Bleu Discovery Workshops in Cuisine & Pastry - These 2-6 hour long hands-on workshops take place in a dedicated practical classroom, and give gourmet enthusiasts as much exposure as possible to the working environment of a chef's kitchen.

5-night stay in a standard guest room at the Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadero. Maximum occupancy of two per room. Subject to availability and cannot be used during hotel special events. Rollaway beds are not available.
