Start thinking about summer and enjoying an al fresco, custom constructed tapas dinner for eight people at The Christopher Farm & Gardens prepared by Chef Benjamin Reynolds. This multi-course dining experience includes paired wines with each dish. While they prepare the savory sweet dessert courses, your party will enjoy a privately guided garden stroll that winds through paths lined with perennials, around ponds with tranquil water features, and along the Lake Michigan bluff. This evening is a feast in which all the senses can indulge. Chef Ben worked in several resorts and restaurants, including French Lick Resort & Casino, The West Baden Springs Hotel, Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona and the American Club Resort. He is currently the Chef of SSC Catering with the Sheboygan Senior Community Dinner on a mutually agreeable date between June 2019 and October 2019.
