October 11, 2018 - WinMock at Kinderton - Bermuda Run, NC - 6:00pm - 9:00 pm
Dress Code: Casual - Jeans welcomed!
Honoring our past but looking to the future - FORKLIFT! begins at WinMock at Kinderton where guests will be welcomed with a custom bourbon cocktail - carefully crafted and expertly mixed - by Winston-Salem's only Master Mixologist.
The evening's menu is conceived by our very own Providence Catering, inspired by the craft breweries of Ashe County, the barbecue pits of Lexington and the vineyards of Yadkin County. Enjoy both eastern and western style barbecue, farmhouse sides, and a slice (or two) of Providence alumni DJ'S CHEESECAKES as well as microbrews on tap and NC wines provided by RAFFALDINI VINEYARDS.
As you dine, tune your ears to RAINCHECK - a local bluegrass band.
Feeling lucky? FORKLIFT! also features a silent auction and games with an exciting curated collection of "taste of" experiences, trips, celebrity items, gift cards to local restaurants, and a wine wall with cork pull. There's something for everyone!
The evening ends with the reveal of a special live auction item - exclusive to FORKLIFT! -and a message from our Chief Executive Food Banker - Eric.

About Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC
Second Harvest Food Bank is a leading agent and advocate for a healthy, hunger-free Northwest NC.
We work to ensure that every neighbor can access healthy food when they need it and to address root causes of poverty, which drive the need for basic needs services.
We recognize hunger in our communities for what it is, the unacceptable symptom or poverty and entwined challenges impacting the health and well-being of individuals and our collective future.
We recognize the power of food, a fundamental human need we all share, to unite and drive us beyond food for today toward more lasting solutions-a healthy, hunger-free tomorrow for everyone.
We are a network of 450+ local partner organizations and supporters like you working together in communities from Boone to Burlington so that...
...CHILDREN have the fuel they need to thrive and strive to succeed free from the burden and consequences of hunger.
...PARENTS have the necessary energy to be focused and productive on the job and present for their children.
...SENIORS are cared for and not left to choose between eating and other basic needs.
...OUR COMMUNITIES can thrive.
