Once again the auction will feature a private dinner with wine pairings for an unforgettable experience. Plan on bidding to win this special experience that is scheduled for Saturday, February 16, 2019. Chef Matthew Hughes will prepare this special 5 course dinner with wine pairings, as well as present each course with delightful stories and details of the preparation.

New this year: We are offering a premium experience for 2 to cook in the kitchen with Chef Matthew and learn to prepare each of the 5 courses. Chef Matthew Hughes has over 10 years' experience in the Twin Cities fine dining scene. Most notably, he has managed the kitchens of Meritage in St Paul, the Kenwood, and D'amico Kitchen in the Chambers Hotel. He also has cooked at Vincent, Lucia's, and the Minikahda Club. This formal dining experience is donated by Rod and Terri Johnson.
