Just steps from the residence, hop on the Silver Queen Gondola for a scenic ride up to the top of Aspen Mountain. From land to water, the Roaring Fork River ranges from calm to raging making it perfect to enjoy a wide range of activities. The tranquil waters are perfect for a fly-fishing trip, stand-up paddle boarding or a relaxing kayak ride; other sections offer epic rafting with raging and whitewater rapids.

While there are plenty of adventures to be had in Aspen during the summer and fall months, you can keep it low key too. Spend an afternoon strolling through quaint downtown and browse more than 200 shops ranging from consignment to eclectic boutiques and designer storefronts. Weekly celebrations dot the Aspen calendar including concerts, a rodeo and countless art, music, food and wine festivals.

Residence is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath, with two kings and two full beds.

A $500 credit toward an outdoor adventure or spa service is included when you stay in lively Aspen. Residences accommodate from 4 to 10 guests - great for a family (or 2), just the girls or guys.

All nights must be used during one trip. At least one person staying at the residence must be over the age of 25. You have 18 months from the date of purchase to use the tickets. Valid between April 16-November 19.

All auction sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Sales tax will be added when required by law. Auction purchases are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law; please consult your tax professional. Purchased items may be picked up at the Giant Steps office, or arrangements may be made for shipping at the expense of the auction winner, so long as all items are obtained by or shipped to the purchaser no later than four weeks after the auction close. Alcohol will not be shipped, and must be retrieved by the winner unless otherwise arranged; all individuals involved in the procurement of alcohol must be age 21 or older. Items not retrieved within that time frame will result in voiding the sale and any funds received by Giant Steps will be reclassified as a charitable contribution.
