American show jumper Will Simpson is a long-standing competitor at the highest level in the National and International show jumping circuit. Will made his mark on the sport early in his career by setting an outdoor high-jump record of 7 feet, 9 inches on, "Jolly Good" in 1985 in Cincinnati. In 2002, he won the West Coast League with a score of 91 - the third highest total in the league's history - out of a maximum 100. He then went on to win the Del Mar International Grand Prix four straight years in a row. He is most well known for the crucial role he played as part of the United States Jumping Team, in taking home the gold medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Will has represented the U.S in five World Cup finals and won more than seventy five Grand Prix events over the course of his career, with an unprecedented nine Grand Prix victories at HITS Thermal in 2015 winter season.

If at Beaumont, must be between January-April 2019, subject to availability. If held at winner's barn, expires August 2019, subject to availability and show schedules.

Purchased items may be picked up at the Giant Steps office, or arrangements may be made for shipping at the expense of the auction winner, so long as all items are obtained by or shipped to the purchaser no later than four weeks after the auction close. Alcohol will not be shipped, and must be retrieved by the winner unless otherwise arranged; all individuals involved in the procurement of alcohol must be age 21 or older. Items not retrieved within that time frame will result in voiding the sale and any funds received by Giant Steps will be reclassified as a charitable contribution.
