Winning bidders have 12 months from date of purchase to take the trip; dates must be booked within 3 months of purchase. There will a refundable 150 per person security/utility deposit due at time of booking. Dates are booked on a first come, first served basis. Please note that flights are not included.

Once you have made payment for your fantastic item you will be sent an e-voucher within 24 hours, which you will need to redeem. Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of winning your item and must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase.
