The house is a short walking distance to Wash Perk Coffee Shop (2 blocks) and Starbucks (5 blocks) and is eight blocks from Whole Foods.

There are two funky, well-maintained cruiser bikes which are at your disposal for the duration of your stay. Take a ride around the park - 2.4 miles, or head across the park to Bonnie Brae Ice Cream for a yummy treat. If you want to explore your environs on bike, you can hop on the bike lane and ride to nearby Pearl Street (1 mile) for a bite at Izakaya Den, or any one of the many hip restaurants on Pearl Street.

This is a 1950's bungalow. The house has been professionally decorated and updated. Each bedroom has all you need for a restful night's sleep - high quality linens, an array of down and down-free pillow choices, pillowtop mattresses, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The kitchen is set up for a cook! It is fitted with stainless steel appliances and a large farm style sink. The cupboards are stocked with an array quality cookware - fit for a chef. You're equipped with a Keurig, and standard coffee maker, a microwave, toaster, and of course a Ninja blender for your morning smoothie.

There is a large fenced in backyard complete with gas grill and ample (comfortable) outdoor furniture.

The house and yard are kid friendly! The backyard is a perfect place for kiddos to run amuck, dig in the garden dirt and play with the hose on a hot summer day. The house has a Pack and Play, with bedding, so don't worry about bringing your own.
There are smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom with cable and the ability to access Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HULU, etc. There are interesting books to read, and a great selection of board games for evening entertainment.

This is a half-duplex with a private entrance and backyard. The entire home is yours to use exclusively. There is ample street parking directly in front of the house. There are seven steps from the sidewalk up to the front door, guests must be able to climb those stairs to access the house.
