Executive Chef Michael Payne will work with Anglim Winery to prepare a 5 course dinner in a private home for you and your guests. Each innovative course is specifically designed to pair with a delicious Anglim wine. Steve and Steffanie Anglim will join you for dinner and provide insights into each wine, and Chef Payne will present and give insider info on each dish.

Chef Michael Payne is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over a decade of experience. His main desire is to create a memorable dining experience for family, friends and clients through a shared passion for great food.

Winemaker Steve Anglim is focused on partnering with Rhone varietal growers both large and small who share his vision for distinctive and food-friendly wines. The result is beautifully balanced and approachable wines with a strong sense of terroir.
