It sleeps 6 comfortably, but will accommodate 10, if you pack them in like sardines (we have 2 sleeper sofas in the living room). Living room features leather furniture, flatscreen and gas fireplace. WiFi and Cable. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Dining table seats 6. Master bedroom has a queen and private bath; guest bedroom has a double over queen bunk beds. Two double sleeper sofas in the living room. The condo is on the main floor and it is about 960 square feet. The kitchen is fully stocked and has most everything you might need to cook meals, if you like, since we treat it as our second home and not a rental property. Decorated in simple mountain style. Common area outdoor hot tubs have sweeping views up and down the valley. Located less than 250 yards from the ski slopes. Includes 2 parking passes for the parking lot. The condo's south facing deck has amazing views of the ski slopes, Snake River and wetlands, Dercum Mountain, and Mountain House base area. Walk or shuttle to slopes, shops, restaurants, spa, ice rink at Mountain House, River Run or Keystone Lake. 7-8 minute walk to the Keystone Mountain House base and Ski/Ride school. Shuttle: 5 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.

*** We would offer it for either President's Day week February 16 (Friday) - 23 (Friday), 2018 OR a week of your choosing in the summer. It is yours, midnight to midnight as there are no renters waiting for you to leave. Note that Epic Local passes are restricted President's Day weekend, but allow skiing at Keystone.
