A Kettering, Ohio native Molly attended Kettering Fairmont High School and graduated from Wright State University. She was employed by the Dayton Dragons box office from 2000-2002 and held several positions at the Downtown Dayton Partnership from 2002-2011 including Special Events Manger. After her time at the DDP Molly took several years to stay home with her young daughters.

In 2015, Molly became the owner of Kona Ice of Dayton - a mobile truck that serves gourmet shaved ice. In two years, she has given back more than $10,000 to the local community through Kona Ice fundraisers.

During her free time, Molly enjoys volunteering at Smith Elementary School in Oakwood, camping, and trips to the beach. She is also active in the Dayton community having served on the Dayton Art Institute Associate Board and the Junior League of Dayton.

Currently, Molly lives in Oakwood with her husband Brad, daughters Harper and Morgan and their goofy golden retriever named Gus.
