In Milwaukee, when you think music, baseball and food you think of ...Davey von Bohlen, of
course! Since the one-time super live auction event "Rock, Wine & Dine", Coach Davey has
been rebuilding and made some roster moves by adding rising star Miller Park Executive Chef
Seth Vander Laan to the team's All Star, famed Chef Graham Elliot, in order to have the perfect
lineup for a World Series experience this summer!
Graham was the youngest 4-star chef in the US, is a judge on Top Chef, host of MLB Grub Tour
and the culinary director of Lollapalooza. As Executive Chef, Seth oversees all culinary
operations at Miller Park from concessions to luxury suites to team clubhouse dining.
Stirred by the Brewers' 2018 run, this trio is excited to invite 8 people to join them for a multiple
course dining experience with the menu inspired by Milwaukee Brewers' baseball, prepared by
Chef Graham Elliot and Chef Seth in a VIP club of Miller Park.
In addition to the MVP dinner, guests will be taken on a behind the scenes tour of private
kitchens and inner workings of Miller Park, not open to the public. Step up to the plate and
swing for the fences, this event is sure to be a home run!
This event can be held on Tuesday, May 28th or Wednesday, May 29th. Date must be
determined by noon on February 22, 2019.
