Bids between 12,000-14,000 you may select a week in July, August or September
Bids between 14,500-16,000 you may select a week in above mentioned months as well as April, May, June and October
Bids over 16,500 you may select a week in above mentioned months as well as November, December, January, February or March

Weeks are based on availability at the time of request and must be used within one year of the auction. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks can be made available to bidders with a $2000 upgrade fee payable to Suenos by the bidder(s). Upgrades for a season above your bid level , or a time period beyond one year are available at the rate of $2000 per upgrade event. For parties of more than 10 guests an upgrade fee of $1000 is required.
