The mission of Piven Theatre Workshop is to encourage a process of creative exploration that celebrates each individual's unique voice through an ensemble-based, community-oriented approach to theatre training and performance. Widely considered to be the premier venue for long-form improvisational performances and classes, the iO Theater (formerly known as the ImprovOlympic Theater) was founded in 1981 by Charna Halpern and the late great improvisational teacher and director, Del Close. Using theater games created by Viola Spolin, David Shepard created the ImprovOlympic to put up competing improv teams against each other in friendly and funny competitions. The certificate includes four VIP passes to any show in either of the Cabaret Theaters or select shows in the Del Close Theater.

3. The Adventure Stage Chicago certificate includes four tickets to any Akeelah and the Bee Performance! After discovering her special talent, Akeelah dreams of winning the national spelling bee. With the support of her teacher and her friends, she fights to overcome every obstacle and make it to the top.
