Widely considered to be the best baseball player of all time, George Herman "Babe" Ruth is a prototype of the modern day baseball superstar. He was the first player to hit 30, 40, 50 and 60 home runs in a season.

St. Louis Cardinal utility player Specs Torporcer became the manager of the St. Louis Farm Team, the Rochester Red Wings. While in Rochester, Specs developed a relationship with a new upstart company called the Eastman Kodak Company. While at an old-timers game in 1946, at Fenway Park, Specs captured the only known true color photographs of the Great Bambino, George Herman "Babe" Ruth.

This is not a computer retouched tint from an original black and white photograph. This is a limited reproduction of one of the only two known true color photographs of Babe Ruth.
