Château Gruaud Larose 1982 (3 bottles)
Saint-Julien, Bordeaux
With its slogan "The Wine Of Kings, The King Of Wines," Château Gruaud Larose revels in the compact, cru classé-condensed appellation of Saint- Julien. The 1982 Gruaud Larose is "one of the most concentrated wines of the vintage" (as well as one of the most concentrated Bordeaux Robert Parker has ever tasted). Parker notes that "it is a huge, full-bodied, weighty, rich wine whose tannins are getting silkier and silkier." Add this velvety wonder to your personal cellar right away!
Note: Two bottles at base neck level. Depressed corks.
