An evening escape to a Tuscan Villa!

Just outside the guard-gated golf club community of Lake Sherwood, on the west side of the lake, a long, curving driveway lined with pines ascends to Villa del Lago, a 25,000-square-foot Tuscan-style pile shaded by oaks and cypress
and ringed by a trio of ponds, complete with a storybook bridge and waterfall. For the most part the house, with its rustic stone facade, pair of towers, and century-old roof tiles, is a convincing approximation of an Italian farmhouse. Built six years ago, Bob & Audrey wanted a home that reminded them of their travels through central Italy.

Bob & Audrey are opening their home to you and 9 friends for an evening of cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and dinner at their Villa del Lago home. You'll get a chance to see the home theater that seats 13 with a glass floor, a 7,500 square foot subterranean room with 5 LED TVs that accommodates Bob's 'man cave' and his extensive collection of classic cars, 1,000 sq ft. gym and massage room and their open room to view a crescent-shaped swimming pool whose gray-blue surface echoes the lake beyond, their very own 'Lake Como'.

Note: Date to be scheduled at minimum 60 days in advance. Evening will be 3 hours of a mutually agreeable date between donor and winning bidder. Valid through October 21, 2018.
