The winner of this item will enjoy a one week stay in a luxurious and well-equipped lake front home, located at Lake Anna roughly 60 minutes from Charlottesville and 90 minutes from Richmond or DC.

Looking for a fun outing in the area? The winner will also receive a Library 1821 wine tasting for two at Barboursville Vineyards. In the Library, selected vintages are offered with culinary pairings, all a newly remodeled section of the original winery building, overlooking an expansive slope of Cabernet Franc and the Blue Ridge beyond.

House Details -
All three bedrooms have queen beds and private bathrooms--one bedroom also has a sofa bed. The house has 1 additional half bath off the kitchen and a single-sized sofa bed in the craft/library room. Two other large and comfy sofas complete the sleeping arrangements so in all, the house can sleep up to about 12 people, including children.

The 200 feet of waterfront includes a dock with a screened in porch that is equipped with a refrigerator and grill, some fishing equipment and two kayaks.

Other features include a hot tub, fire pit, lower level recreation room (Pub) complete with two beverage refrigerators, big screen television, Wii and games. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic essentials as well as other amenities like a waffle iron, popcorn maker, ice cream maker, crock pot and more. A washer and dryer are also on property.

House is nearby a state park with hiking and horseback riding. Option to rent a boat or bring your own. Best of all, you can simply sit on the upper level deck, relax and enjoy the incredible views!

The Barboursville Vineyards Library's Tasting List changes periodically, to afford a diversified exposure to our varietal range in white wines and in reds, while always including Octagon, Paxxito and older distinguished vintages of more limited supply, also available for purchase by the bottle. The Library is open only Friday 2pm-7pm and Saturday & Sunday 11am-5pm.
