Completely remodeled in 2015 and 2016, this Mammoth Mountain retreat is located in the Val D'Isere community just steps to the Village. With 3 bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 Full Bed, 1 Bunk Bed, and 1 pull-out sofa) and 3 bathrooms, and sleeping 10 people, this condominium is the perfect place to stay in Mammoth in the Winter or Summer. In the Winter, you will find some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the U.S., with ski-in, ski-out access via the Village Gondola and the Ski Back Trail. In the Summer, enjoy being in close proximity to all of the activities Mammoth has to offer, including the Jazz, Beer, Blues and Art Festivals, fly fishing, water sports, golfing, Mammoth motocross, mountain biking and much, much more. Either time of year, after the day's activities simply walk across the footbridge that leads from Val D'Isere to the Village and find all of the newest restaurants, shops and night clubs the Village has to offer. After your night out on the town, escape the noise of the Village and retreat to this newly renovated luxury mountain condo. Val D'Isere is also just a short walk to shuttle service to downtown and the main lodge.

Restrictions:

1. Stay is for a maximum of 5 nights and those nights must include a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

2. The stay must be booked for dates falling within 12 months of the night of the auction.

3. The stay cannot include any of the following blackout dates: 5/25/17-5/31/17; 6/29/17-7/10/17; 7/13/17-7/17/17; 7/27/17-7/31/17; 8/2/17-8/8/17; 8/31/17-9/5/17; 11/22/17-11/27/17; 12/21/17-1/3/18; 1/11/18-1/16/18; 2/15/18-2/20/18.

4. The home owner will work with the winner to book the 5 days she/he wants subject to the foregoing. The home is listed with a rental company and if the chosen dates have already been booked through the rental agency, then the home will not be available during those dates. The winner is encouraged to reach out to the home owner with dates fairly soon after the auction in order to secure dates before renters book them online.
