Champagne Brunch inspired by Monet's Table at Giverny

Enjoy the samplings of the lesser known regions of Champagne such as Aye & Marne with the premiere Prosecco of Italy as a Negroni and Cava of Spain al Arancia (blood orange juice). Finish with Sparkling wines of the Loire Valley and a Roderer Imperial Brut Rose 2011!!!

What better to pair than with the favorites from the Cooking Journals of Claude Monet?
Monet, one of the most influential painters of modern times, also had a love of the kitchen, passion for comfort and enjoyment of the good life found among his kitchen gardens at Giverny, the farmland and French Countryside. The winning bidder will select the menu from Monet's Cooking Journals, with food generously provided by Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Enjoy the late morning repasts of Monet, paired with amazing Champagne & Sparkling wines; all under the tasteful supervision of Chef David Beckwith.

Total Value: $5,000
