The 8th graders participate weekly in Advisory. This is a time when the students are broken into small groups with a leader to discuss how to handle real life situations while pursuing a life of holiness. Each Advisory group chose a saint as their patron and designed a t-shirt to represent their group.

This Advisory Throw Quilt was designed specifically for the ICD Dinner Auction. It was made from those personally designed t-shirts, from each of the 8th grade Advisory groups.

This Throw Quilt is completely handmade with 20-30 hours of labor put into the making of the quilt--a true labor of love!

Since the logo in the center was made as a pocket, the Advisory Groups determined the pocket should serve an additional sentimental purpose. As a result, the Advisory leaders wrote a short note to the recipient of this beautiful creation.
