Our very own parishioner, and hunter/fisherman, Darrell Thompson, has fresh deer meat and fish for you to take home with you on auction night!

TURF!
You will receive 25 lbs. of frozen meat that will be vacuum sealed and packaged.

Your package will include:

* 7 rolls of summer sausage
* 7 packages of snack sticks
* 7 lbs of ground deer
* 3 packages of deer loin
* 1 package of deer tenderloin
* $30 gift certificate to Rallo's Meat Market
* All meat harvested and processed during the 2016-2017 season.

SURF!
You will receive filleted and frozen Black Crappie caught in Lake Okeechobee, Florida.

Your package includes:
* 4 1 qt ziplock bags full of Crappie Fillets
* 4 cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
* 4 sleeves of saltine crackers
* Simple instructions on how to make fan favorite mushroom balls to fry up when you fry your fish.
* There is enough fish in each bag to feed 3-5 people. Fish is ready to thaw and cook.
* Fish caught in 2016 and frozen immediately.

*All deer meat and fish are in a cooler and stored in the Parish Hall freezer the evening of the auction.
