Virginia: Award-winning Richmond top chef and reformed stock broker, Mike Ledesma, teams up with wine enthusiasts Lisa and Clayton Allen for a delectable wine tasting and dinner experience for ten people. Mike, Executive Chef for Richmond Restaurant Group (East Coast Provisions, Hard Shell, The Pearl, The Daily and The Hill Cafe), will work with you to create a delectable four course meal suited to your liking. Hosting in their west end home, the Allens will introduce you to their favorite wines during the meal, as well as at a pre-dinner wine tasting. Selected according to your preference of beginnger, intermediate or advanced, the wine tasting will feature the Allens' in-depth collection of wines from either Tuscany, Italy (to include Brunello, Chianti and Super Tuscan) or Napa Valley, California (primarily a collection of Cabernet Savignon and Merlot). Package: Includes pre-dinner wine tasting and four course gourmet meal, paired with hand-selected wines for ten guests. Mutually agreeable date must be selected by November 2017.
