"Midnight In The Monkey Cage" is a 14x17 collage by New York artist, Linda Clune. Double matted with glass. Framed & ready to hang.

About the Artist: Art has always held a significant spot in Linda Clune's life. At C.W. Post University she studied etching/engraving, portraiture, drawing, and painting and sketching from a live model, and then entered the Advertising Art & Design program offered by another local university. She learned many new skills, but photography became her first love and remains among her favorites to this day. Post-education, she has worked as a Technical Illustrator for Grumman Aerospace, then an in-house artist for a graphic arts company, an independent logo designer, mural painter, mosaic artist, maker of stained glass creations, designer of hand-painted, one-of-a-kind furniture, batik artist, calligrapher, and collage artist. Linda's collages incorporate her own photography at times, along with printed material and occasionally added paint or pastel embellishment. She strives to create images that appear to have a found quality, when in fact they combine many carefully cut, glued pieces to create an entirely new and different image. Sometimes the results are whimsical, other times they may convey an important message.
