Garavin, translated from Old English, means "wine from a unique land". We believe that fruit grown in marginal, low-yielding mountain locales produces wines of exceptional complexity, balance, and distinction. Their mission is to source Cabernet Sauvignon from challenging vineyard sites to create exclusive, age-worthy wines that directly reflect the unique place in which they were grown.

Presenting a dark ruby saturated center that fades to a magenta-hued rim, Garavin Cabernet Sauvignon reveals intense fruit aromas of blackberry, blueberry, rhubarb, and black currant. Elements of toffee, licorice, and dried tobacco leaf mingle with notes of vanilla spice, rose petals, and wild violets. The mouthfeel is incredibly dense, round, and full-bodied, while seamlessly balanced with layers of intergrated tannins and refreshing natural acidity. Although approachable and exceptionally enjoyable in it's youth, this complex offering will continue to evolve and age effortlessly for ten years or more.
