Fr. Matt & Fr. Derek will joyfully host you and your nine (9) guests as maître d'hôtel and head-waiter in the comfort of the St. James Parish rectory. Our parish priests will welcome you and your friends for an evening of interesting conversation and a delicious gourmet meal prepared by Greg Carso, Executive Chef of the Metropolitan Club in Chicago. Chef Carso attended Chicago's Washburn Trade School and La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris. Includes a multi-course meal with beer & wine for 10 people. Dinner underwriting generously provided by the Salatino & Haisman Families ($200 Mariano's Gift Card).
