Indigo Acupuncture Holistic Wellness Package- Includes an initial 90-minute appointment with Char Self at her studio Indigo Acupuncture, located in the heart of Coronado. She's worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, enjoys surfing and yoga and is also a deep tissue massage therapist. Char takes a holistic approach with each patient, with particular focus on how nutrition, stress management and exercise positively affect our mental-emotional and physical well- being. She has an M.S. in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego and a B.S. degree in Nutrition from the University of Arizona. She is also a Certified Plant based Nutritionist through Cornell University.

Dr. Phin follows a similar holistic approach in chiropractic and clients often find benefit in both her practice and in Char's acupuncture. Your visit will include an initial evaluation and chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Phin is the proud mom of a CHS student.

Denise Decker, massage therapist, is studying to become and Occupational Therapist, and works closely with Char and Dr. Phin on meeting the needs of their clients. She rounds out an amazing trio of holistic practitioners in Coronado.
