This fantastic bottle 1962 Chateau Lafite Rothschild has spent the previous 6 years in Jack Kahl's private wine cellar at his home in Avon Lake.

Chateau Lafite Rothschild Bordeaux is one of the most famous and collected wines in the world! Join the Kings of France and Thomas Jefferson who adored this beautiful wine! This Bordeaux has been described as a refined, structured wine, tasting of dried fruits, spices, cedar and tobacco with earthy notes. This bottle is in perfect condition and has been stored in the appropriate manner. The 1962 vintage is expected to keep for at least another decade.

This wine is very hard to find in the U.S., and usually has to be shipped directly from France with long wait times and high insurance charges.

Fair market value is estimated at $800.
