A Handwritten Torah Scroll Column - on Vellum Parchment - featuring Genesis 7:3-8:6, the account of Noah and the Great Flood.

This Bible manuscript was handwritten on deer skin by a Jewish scribe in exile in the country of Yemen almost two centuries ago. It is in the original Hebrew of the Old Testament. Despite its age, the parchment is still soft and the intricacy of the ancient text is still highly visible. Yemeni scribes were known for their beautiful writing. The scroll's color deepens with age. The scroll remained in synagogue use until modern times; having been taken to Israel by Jews returning to the land after Israel became a nation again in 1948.

This highly collectible item is sure to be a conversation piece and heirloom for generations. Framed and displayed with a description and English translation.
