Join Marilyn Harris, Bethanie Butcher, and Susan Verschoor for a night of fantastic food and wine you'll be sure to remember. Cincinnati's preeminent home cook Marilyn Harris and her new protégé Bethanie Butcher will craft a six course dinner for eight people paired with wines from the extensive cellar of Susan Verschoor in a contemporary down town home. You'll start the evening on the balcony (weather permitting) overlooking the downtown Cincinnati skyline with Champagne and hors d'ouevres and then move into the dining area for a true feast. Marilyn and Bethanie will be alternating courses crafting traditional favorites with new modern twists. Marilyn's European training will be on full display while Bethanie brings in molecular gastronomy techniques like sous vide, shperification, and compression. Susan has selected Champagne and wine to match each course featuring such stellar names as Chateau Bahans Haut Brion, Bergstrom and Lynmar Estate including 4 bottles of 2000 Bordeaux ready to savor. This will certainly be a night to remember and we'll start the bidding at $1,000.
