La Pietra Flow to Grow

 Strengthen Your Body and Mind While Supporting Equitable Access to Female-Centered Education 

Flow to Grow is a six-class yoga fundraiser generously taught by a volunteer instructor. All proceeds directly benefit La Pietra's financial aid program. All levels are welcome. Participants are asked to bring their own mat, water, and towel. No additional weights are necessary.

This is the third iteration of the Flow to Grow series, which has raised over $3,400 for financial aid since it began in Summer 2022.

 About the Instructor:  

Dayna Nakagawa is a proud graduate of La Pietra's Class of 2022. She found her love for yoga as a sophomore during a P.E. class at La Pietra. Since then, she has strived to share the love for the practice with others. Dayna currently attends Creighton University and is studying Exercise Science in hopes of pursuing a career in Physical Therapy. Additionally, she teaches weekly yoga classes at Creighton's Keiwitt Fitness Center and is working towards her 200 hour RYT training.

Thanks to Dayna's donated time, all money raised through this series will go directly to a La Pietra student receiving need-based tuition assistance.
