Register for GECRC's first Pickleball fundraiser. All skill levels welcome!
- 6:30-7:00 Beginner lessons with a pickleball pro while intermediate players warm up
- 7:15-9:15 Playing a shoot out ladder format on 7 courts. Games will have rally scoring to 15 points winning by 2 or 10-minutes max. We are aiming for fast and friendly play and lots of team rotations on and off the courts.
- 9:30 Raffle winners announced and prizes awarded
- 10:00 Wrap up on the courts
Don't want to play? Come enjoy lite bites, network, and cheer on friends of GECRC. Each ticket includes 2 drink tickets and plenty of snacks.
Pickled! Wheaton is located in the shopping plaza by Jewel at Main and Geneva Roads. This new indoor facility will quickly be your cold-weather go to spot to be both social and active.
Funds raised at the event support the students supported by Glen Ellyn Children's Resource Center. GECRC offers out-of-school programming that empowers under-resourced K-12 students to meet state and local standards for academic and social-emotional learning. Through our dedicated volunteer tutors the students thrive and families are better connected to the schools and other resources necessary to support student success and well-being.
