MTCES Oktoberfest 2023

The 3rd Annual MTCES Oktoberfest Presented by Ohio Eagle is back again! Back by popular demand, My Sister Sarah, one of the most sought after bands in Southwest Ohio will be taking the stage! Thank you to El Rancho Nuevo/El Trompo restaurants for sponsoring the live entertainment! 

ADMISSION POLICY

Tickets are $50/person for general admission. Admission includes dinner, five (5) drink tickets and live music. A 22oz souvenir stein will be included with each admission ticket purchased by September 30!

Guests can purchase steins and additional drink tickets presale or at the event.

ALCOHOL POLICY

No outside beverages or coolers permitted. Outside beverages and coolers compromise the school's liquor license.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

Additional items can be purchased presale or at the event (if available). No refunds will be issued for ticket admission or additional purchases.

Wiener Dog Races Sponsored by Koebbe Auto Tech & Tire: Is it really Oktoberfest if you don't have WIENER DOG RACES? For $100 you can sponsor a wiener dog, which includes naming rights and a chance to win up to $600! 

If your dog wins the initial race, you win $100 cash! The winning wiener dog of each race will go in the FINAL RACE of the night.  The winner of the FINAL RACE will win $500 cash!! (PRESALE ONLY - LIMITED DOGS AVAILABLE)

VIP Biergarten Registration: Make your Oktoberfest complete with a visit to the VIP Biergarten for exclusive tastings of special craft beers.  Each $25 ticket will give you access to a 30 minute tasting. TVs will be set up in the tent so you can enjoy the football games. Entry is limited to 26 visitors per time slot so grab your slot while it's available! A General Admission ticket is required for participation.

Football Squares Presented by Scherzinger Pest Control: November 4 is a big day for college football! Ohio State plays Rutgers, UC plays UCF and the big game of the night is ND vs Clemson!  Games will be on large screens throughout the event and football squares will be sold for $20/square. The 1st Quarter payout is $100, 2nd Quarter is $100, 3rd quarter is $100, and the winner is $250!  Multiple boards will be available!

Cash/Tuition Raffle: Win up to $5,000 towards tuition for one student for the 2023-2024 school year OR cash option of $4,975! Purchase 1 ticket for $50, 3 tickets for $125 or 5 tickets for $200. A minimum of 175 tickets must be sold. If less than 200 tickets are sold, the winner will receive 50% of the funds raised as a tuition discount or cash option. Winner will be announced at the end of Oktoberfest. Winner is NOT required to be present to claim prize!
