Welcome to our Raffles & Silent Auction Details
*Must be 21 Years or older to purchase any raffle or item which contains alcohol. A valid ID will be required at the time of pick-up.
*On-line raffle tickets sales will end at 5pm on Sunday, September 24, to allow entry chance to be physically dropped into the raffle bins. On-site cash sales for all raffles will begin when the event opens on Friday, September 23, and will end at 6:45pm on Sunday, September 24.
Raffle pull times are listed as follows:
$5 Raffles will be drawn on Sunday, September 24 at 7:00pm
$20 Raffles will be drawn on Sunday, September 24 at 7:15pm
Grand Raffle Split-the-Pot will be drawn on Sunday, September 24 at 7:30pm
*Raffles, Certificates, and Silent Auction Items may be pick-up following the event at Murphy Hall (located on the lower level of Saint Agnes Church). Pick-up Times and Office hours will be announced on this website and/or texted to each winner/bidder. All pick-up times are subject to change as raffle prizes and items are picked-up.
*There are no shipping options for any raffles or silent auction items.
*All Raffle winners will be posted on our website. Please stop by the silent auction tent after closing on Sunday, Sept 24 at 7pm to pick up your Raffle and Silent Auction Items. Any items remaining after the event will be moved by volunteers to Murphy Hall.
Murphy Hall Pick up hours are as follows:
Monday, Sept 25 Noon-6pm
Tuesday, Sept 26 7:30am - 4pm
Wednesday, Sept 27 5:30pm- 8pm
After 8pm on Wednesday Sept 27. All remaining raffle prizes and silent auction items will be moved to the Saint Agnes Parish Office for pick up. Items are available in the front office Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
