Restrictions on Purchases
- PAFA is unable to put artwork on hold. Work must be purchased through this platform (GiveSmart).
- No refunds are available for purchased work.
- No discounts are available for student work. The price of artworks is non-negotiable.
Purchasers can pick up their artwork on the following days:
- Friday, June 9, 9am - 5pm
- Saturday, June 10, 9am - 5pm
Pickup will take place at the loading dock at the rear of the Hamilton Building, accessible from Carlisle Street across from the large parking lot.
Please bring a digital or hard copy of your receipt.
If sending someone on your behalf, they will need to show your receipt along with a signed note giving them permission to pick up your artwork.
PAFA is unable to ship any purchased artwork. If a buyer wants artwork shipped, the buyer must agree to handle all shipping logistics through a third party shipping company. PAFA will not pack any art that will be shipped, nor negotiate any shipping costs. Recommended art moving & shipping services: Atelier Art Services, Inc. (Hal Jones, 215-842-3500) A.
