Sonoma Valley, Castle Vineyard
Our Rhone white field blend is made from Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Picpoule Blanc. The grapes are grown together in a one-acre vineyard in the town of Sonoma. They were picked and pressed together on September 23rd. Cold fermentation was followed by aging in neutral French oak barrels. This wine is full of flavor with zesty citrus and honeysuckle. 6 barrels produced.

PINOT NOIR 2019 Estate

Sonoma Valley, Imai-Tanaka Vineyard
The Estate Pinot comes from our family property in Sonoma, where we live and farm organically. The vines are Pinot Noir, clone 828, known for its boldness. Hand picked on September 28th and October 3rd. Native fermentation was allowed to occur. We barrel aged the wine for 24 months in French oak. It is unfiltered and unfined. The wine is bold with soft tannins, and a velvety texture. 12 barrels produced.
