This is a dinner for up to four hosted by the San Gabriel Fire Department and cooked by
San Gabriel Firefighters at Fire Station 51 (Wells St. x S. Del Mar Ave). A fire engine
ride is also made available for the members of the dinner party. A tour of the fire
station, fire engine and ambulance as well as activities such as spraying water from a
real fire hose and having a firefighters dress up and demonstrations of our equipment
MAY also be included dependent on call volume and schedule. Families with children
are welcome to attend, but please note that adult supervision of the kids is required by
the winner at all times. Suggested (but not required) minimum age for children
attending is 8 years old.

The actual date to be mutually agreed upon in advance. While every attempt will be
made to fulfill all the expectations of the guests, please note that a high call volume or a significant local or regional incident may interrupt the planned activities. The Rescue
Ambulance based out of this station is quite busy and can be expected to receive calls
for service during the dinner.

It is suggested that booking contact be made at least two months prior to the desired event date to ensure the best choice of dates. Please advise in advance of any special dietary requirements.

Fire Administration members will assist in scheduling the date. Details will be made
available to the high bidder at the completion of the auction.
