Since 1868, the Stamford Family YMCA has served our community with programs and services that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body. As a charitable cause-driven organization, we work hard to help everyone regardless of age, race, gender, or income level. We provide financial assistance to children, individuals, and families in need to ensure that no one is turned away due to their inability to pay. Our success will always be measured by the impact on the lives we touch.
