FRIDAY, APRIL 28, 2023

TACONITE CANTEEN AND EVENT CENTER

IRONTON, MN

5:30 - 7:00: Beer, wine and spirit tasting, silent auction bidding and raffles

7:00 - 9:30: Food tasting, presentation, and chef awards

Join us April 28th for a night of fun filled with beer, wine and spirit tasting, silent auction bidding, and exceptional food from Cuyuna Lakes' premier chefs. All proceeds from the event go toward supporting Kinship Partners' youth mentoring programs and our goal of enriching our community through the creation of meaningful connections.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for beer, wine and spirit tastings. Enjoy the beautiful Taconite Canteen and Event Center while exploring our auction and raffle items and enjoying our vendors' beverage samples. During this time, the professional chef judge assesses the evening's dishes, and determines who will be awarded first place in the following categories: starter, entrée, and dessert.

Then, at 7:00 pm, the wait is over and guests are free to taste the samples provided by our area's chefs and caterers. Before the evening is over, guests have the opportunity to share their own opinions and vote for their favorite dish and the coveted People's Choice Award will be presented to one participating chef.
