Sponsor a Basket of Hope
Please consider sponsoring a Basket of Hope to be delivered to a family with a seriously ill child for $100. For every $100 donated, your name will be written on a Basket of Hope Sponsor Card and placed on the gift. Basket of Hope gifts are filled with age appropriate games, toys, craft items and educational materials. Parents are offered a Basket of Hope Tote filled with items to nourish them mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. These gifts are valued at over $300.
We highly recommend you start at least one minimum bid before arrival to make it easier to begin the evening! Also please make sure device is charged before you arrive, as well. If you need assistance, please see the Ace the Event Staff.
5:00 pm - Doors open, check-in, pick-up name tag for table assignment
5:30 pm - Charcuterie served in the ballroom and brief presentation. Then enjoy passed appetizers while you may bid on over 130 auction items! Also enjoy live music by the Jazz Trio: Troubadours in the ballroom or head to the back of the building/outside to enjoy warm beverages at the Bocce Ball court and watch the sunset while bidding!
6:45 pm - Warm Appetizers Served at Buffet in the main ballroom
7:15 pm - Dessert Served
7:30 pm - Live Auction by Rob Weiman, brief presentation and an opportunity to Sponsor Basket of Hope gifts for $100 each to help us continue in our mission of giving hope.
9pm - Tentative Silent Auction Closing Time
Every donation and bid helps us continue our mission of delivering hope to families in St. Louis and beyond through the personal delivery of Basket of Hope gifts filled with age appropriate games, toys, craft items and educational materials. Parents are offered a Basket of Hope Tote to nourish them physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
